Thank you for your replies...I see that you are all happy with your BMW and that they haven't given you much of a hassle.
I went for a test drive with a 2001 330i and the TSX. I first drove the 330i, I really liked the power and handling. I find the TSX to have a nicer interior though, but really lakced in power. I guess I've should have taken the TSX out first then the BMW. There is no comparison between 4cyl to 6cyl. I trully wished Honda would make a true compact sport sedan. Anyhow thanks again....I got some decision to make, but I'm leaning towards the BMW.

I was really expecting my next car to be a TSX. I spent a lot of time hanging out here:

If you go there, you will find there are a lot of quality quibbles with the TSX. Mostly minor (rattles and such), but it's not perfect by any means. As far as the car itself--it's really lovely, and IMHO quite a deal especially with Navi. The more realistic comparison is with the 325i. I'm sure I would have been quite happy with the TSX, but when I realized that with incentives I could have a BMW for the same ballpark price (minus a couple of options, true), I jumped on the BMW--it's just that one step more "together" in my mind. The RWD wasn't really the biggest part of it to me--although the TSX is really smooth, I find the relatively low low-end torque to be a put off. Also, to many it may be no big deal, but the BMW has a 35-foot radius turning circle and the TSX has 40 feet--a real pain in congested areas.
