ZHP Alcantara seats

Am ordering 330i w/ ZHP. Will opt for xenon headlites, cold-wx pkg (luv htd seats, even in FL, & need the fold-down rear seats), & park-distance control (wife has on her Jag & is really helpful).

Question is yes/no on the alcantara seats vs leather. Opinions wander all over the map, but negative opinions seem mostly from folks who opted to not go w/ the Alcantara.

Here's the question: for those who DO have ZHP w/ alcantara seats, how's it doing? how you like it? Tks.

i dont have a zhp, but if i was ever going to buy one i would get the alcantara no question, i havent heard any complaints on them

You really have to take care of it, and it will fade a little bit but there is nothing you can do about that. The best thing that you can do about that is to try and not have the car sit in direct sunlight. If you want something that doesn't need as much attention, go with leather. And use LEXOL to clean and condition it. That stuff rocks. I know- I work for a company that manufactures leather interiors.
