i know we get alot of noobs sign up just to ask the never ending oil light question in which the solution is usually u just need to top it off a little but i recently just had my 15,000 mile oil service that my car keeps track of and now still when im drivin my oil light will come on showing orange and when i turn it off it comes up everytime wtf guys?

That sensor is notorious for crapping out on E46s. I would tackle that first. I guess you can also check the dip stick, just to ensure that you aren't indeed losing oil (which I think is highly unlikely for your car -- it being so young and all).
