Knowing nothing of the intake at all, I would much easier suggest you get a Gruppe M intake. You will spend relatively the same amount, maybe a couple hundred less, for a product that is awesome and well known throughout the BMW community.

"immediate payment required", even though this person has a store, it looks odd to me, better getting something for the same price (or less) and from a more trusted source like Killfox mentioned.
