Would these wheels fit my car?

I own a 1999 323i and I was wondering if these wheels will fit my car?
The offset is 20!!!

titanium330 is an unknown quantity at this point
The factory offset on a 3 series (depending on the packaging) is usually around 45mm. The wheels from a 5 series will stick out too far. On a 3, you can use as low as a 35mm offset, but after that you can run in to trouble (rubbing etc...)
