winter tires - BMW Forum

i have a 2002 325Ci with the sport package and currently have 225/45/R17 Continental Sport (contisport) tires on the car. Being that it is almost snow time, I need to get some winter tires. Question - do i need to get all 4 or will 2 rear snow tires be enough?

TireRack.com has a great article on this. It does no good to have just two winter tires on one axle... the results are either over-steer or under-steer. And just for my two cents on the topic, check out the Hakkapelita series winter tires.

Get rid of conti sport contact asap.
