Windshield Wash Leaking???

I think my windshield wash is leaking.. I am hoping this is something common and I can fix it myself...

details: I filled it... never used it.. a week later the light came on.. it's empty.. didn't notice anything on the ground etc..

I have a problem with my washer fluid leaking too. I noticed that the driver side headlight washer may be the cause. On cold mornings I find a small water spot in front of the tire. I have not looked into this but I am thinking it is the hose?

I would like to know if you find the problem and what the fix is.

I had the same problem. The washer fluid light turns on, I'll fill it and no leaks appear. But after driving for half a day to a day, the light reappears. Luckily under warranty, brought it back for service. It was a faulty driver side headlight spraying unit, ...leaking. They replaced it and had no problems since...
