Hello! When I put the windows down in my 2003 325i the wind creates such a gut shaking, deafening sound I am forced to put them back up. Is this a common occurrence? Thanks

Try cracking either the rear windows or your sunroof. This should relieve the pressure wave caused...

It's pretty normal in any car.

Normal and it sucks.

Blame ultra-smooth aero. Alanh is correct, it's buffeting. I've found that opening the sunroof works somewhat, though opening a rear window does the best job. Putting a sunroof windblocker on (the smoked plastic thing forward the sunroof) helps a lot.
