I'm new really to my car, it's like a 2003 330i. I live away from my parents and well I'm having problems with the car. It wasn't mine to begin with but now I was given ownership while I'm in college. My clutch seems to get or like it's slow to move back to it's normal position. I'm not good talking to mechanics and I don't want to get tricked or something into some $2000 dollar ordeal. If anyone might know what happened or what's happening, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

It should have factory warranty unless it has too many miles. Even then, you can get a few repairs done via Self Auth, which is basically a grace period by BMW. Check with the dealer.

Oh, living with your parents probably caused the problem to begin with. :P

Check the rug. One time my clutch kept sticking and i couldn't figure it out until i got out of my car and realized the rug was pushed up against so that when i left it out it would catch the edge. You've probably checked this all ready, but just a thought.
