Wheel Mount Problem? - BMW Forum

What should I do??? I have just purchased rims and tires from ebay thru a private seller and I was told and under the impression that these rims would fit my car. I have a 2002 330ci BMW and these rims are a 5 lug pattern and I'm told that the bolt pattern is off. They don't fit! grrrr.... Can I change the disc so it would fit? Can I put a spacer on of some sort so that it will fit? Is there anything I can do to make them fit some how. These have been the rims that I have wanted for a long time and I am really disappointed. I appreciate your advice.

they have adapters but you must know first which model and make the rims go on so you know which adapters to buy.

E46s are 5x120 bolt patterns

It came off a c230 mercedes... Where would I find these adapters?

do the bolts line up? or is it that the wheel wont fit on the hub? If it wont fit on the hub, its the offset that is incorrect.

I think it was off by a few cm's... The rims fit on the disc tho. It came off a c230 mercedes.

just checked..

C230s come in 5/112mm bolt patterns.

E46 are 5/120mm so indeed the bolts dont line up.

Im not very sure how to get them to fit. My guess is wheel adaptors. Search wheel adapters at google.

No... They're Armano Dunamis rims that came off a mercedes.
Solid rims and definately worth the hassle. I have looked into the wheel adapters since, and thats excatly what will do the trick.
