So the wagon is a lot different from the sedan or the coupe. But I like a little junk in the trunk, if you know what I mean. Anyway, working on my car one day I found the spare compartment, hidden underneath a panel in my "trunk." To my surprise, there was this empty space, and I thought I didn't have a spare, but upon further investigation I found that the spare was further under. This left me to ponder what to do with my empty space.

So my friend and I decided to build a custom fitting sub box for the space. Well, after a day and a half in the woodshop it was done, but despite all our efforts it didn't fit. My sub was too deep and the panel was hitting it. Well, we had already built this awesome box, so we decided to mod it slightly and turn it into an amp house/ storage space. Lemme know what you think!

All in all I think we spent about 25 hours total, but we'd never done anything like this before, and compared to the hundreds of dollars a custom installer would have charged, I'm happy with the $90 I spent!
