I had a problem with my valvetronic motor, and they told me it could take about 15 days. My car is brand new, 2.5 months old and at the 7500km.
Do they have to provide me a car, while my car is beeing fixed? And When?
Thanks,
Ali.

Well thats sad to know that yu had to get into the shop so soon. Thats why I advise pepl to go for the used cars......especially with Beemers.....saves on depreciation and the worst of the stuff is taken care of by the original owner....LOL
Anyways regarding getting a car.....i think if its a new car your BMW warranty should cover that...you have toc all the BMW assist number and have yur details ready. They shud be able to arrange it. Alternatively your insurance shud be ablt to arrange for that if you tell them yur car is at the shop. Eitherways you shud be having a car to use.
What I ask is, how much days have to pass before they have to provide me a spare car until they fix my car?

They never have to give you a loaner car. It is a service left up to the dealer to handle. One local dealer where I live will give you a loaner for any service performed and the other will not.

They give me a BMW 5.20 to use, while they fix my car. But car is bit old it is 1998 or 1999. After a great coupe, it is not my style i feel.
