Vibration from Harmon Kardon Subs

Hi Guys,

I am new to the site but I am desperate for some advice.
I have a 330CI E46 with the Harmon Kardon system. The problem is the subs under the parcel shelf are vibrating and it sounds terrible. I have even replaced the speakers thinking that may be the problem but it hasn't improved the sound.

Any assistance with solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue with the front door vibration. I'm thinking when i get some nice weather I might remove the door panel and see what can be done. Rubber washers or something.
