Urgent: Buying A 2002 330i

I am planning to buy a Steel Grey (with black interior) 2002 330i with Premium, Sports and Cold Weather package. It has about 25,000 miles and comes with Navigation, Xenon, Parking Distance etc. etc. Please suggest a reasonable price for this. Any specific things I need to verify or check before buying this car. (I am planning to buy it from an original owner).

saw a 2001 on ebay with a buy it now for 21000 a few days ago. nada say 28800. odds are the asking price is 35000 or so. I brought a brand new 03 with about the same options for 36200.

Hope this helps. Check nada, kbb.com, edmands etc. Look at autotrader, car.com, and ebay also.
