Updated tailights and other upgrades for 323i 1999

Ok, I want to change my tail lights to a more recent look, and wanted to see if there are any recommendations, link, DIY guides out there.

On a second note I would like to also change the antenna for the sakr one if it's possible, are there any after market ones as well??
