uneaven idle on 1999 - 318i - e46

Greeting to all fellow bmw owners.
I am a new member and still trying to feel my way around the site.Hope

Anyway I have 1999 318i E46
my car started by idilling uneaaven when cold but have progressed to idle uneaven even once the engin have warmed up, has anyone had sirmalar problems and what or where do i check to resolve the problem--could it be my 02 censor???

Mileage? Ever have the spark plugs changed?

mileage 178000 km the car has received all the normal service i.e. inspection 1,2 etc
can i assume that they have changed the spark plugs?

Never assume anything....Look at receipts or the plugs themselves. If it was done by a crooked dealer/shop they might have said they changed them and never did because most people wouldn't check the plugs themselves. It is sad sometimes that you cannot trust people even when you pay them to do something.

Inspection 2 happens each 60K miles. The spark plugs are to be changed at 120K miles again. You are over 110K miles. Maybe you need the swap now. Let us know how it goes!

My problem with the car Idiling uneaven is sorted, the problem was due to a perished breather pipe, the one that connect from the exaust manifold.
