Trunk Wireing Harness

I am trying to find the prewired cd changer etc in my 2003 325xi to be able to install a Sat Radio.. Before I tear the trunk apart can someone tell me where it is?

its located on the left above rear shock tower behind carpet. sat kinda sucks when using the factory radio, no titles no artist and the channels list as cd for example channel 155 will list as disc 1 song 55. but I will say this, better sat using the factory radio than no sat at all.

if you are prewired for SAT it shows all the info, they had a demo at the dealership that was cool. I had XM in my Z, I was not all that impressed ultimately. prefer my own 6000 song iPod to be honest
