Unhappy trouble code

Hi,I recently got a check engine light on. I checked for the trouble code and it read PO735. I"m prtty handy with cars mechanically.could anyone tell me where the sensor is located and what it stands for.

how many miles on ur tranny? maybe just needs a tranny flush, a change of tranny filter and new oil :-)
