unlikely. alignment much more likely...

torque steer is way more apparent in front wheel drive. what do you drive ?

i recall from my very scant experience with 'merkin metal ('60s dodge charger) that this can be felt as the whole chassis squats one way. i surmise this can be noted only in big-arse v8 with house-ripping torque at low revs, not in comparatively small bmw motors...

bmwboy28,

got your email.

there are 3 probable causes for you car to pull to one side.

1) Incorrect tire pressure

2) Incorrect wheel alignment

3) Faulty brakes (pulls only when braking)

it is most likely one of the first 2. since you have an '03 model, you have warranty coverage. i would take it to the dealer and have them check it out.
