Titanium Headlight inserts? Where to buy?

I really like the look of those titanium headlight housing inserts. Does anyone know where the cheapest place to purchase them is for an E46 4-door 2002? I looked on Ebay and couldn't fine one.

Thanks!

P.S.,

Is this something I could just paint on the existing housing? If so, what type of paint should I get? High temp? Would it be fairly simple to take out the housing?

Any details?

Many people have done this. You just paint. Most people paint it body color. What color is your car? I dotn knwo what specific paint but the inside of the housign is plastic so mention that when you go to the spray paint store.

I'm going to paint it titanium color (like the above picture). I think it will look sweet with titanium housing and clear corners. I am not interested in painting it body color. But thanks for the tip.

Painted the housing...

Okay guys, check out the improvement. Here's what I did:

1) Stopped at Kragen Auto parts on my way home from work today. Purchased one 6 oz can of "Metalic Silver" car spray paint.

2) Removed the healight bezel insert (very easy, just unsnaps after you take of the lens and corner light housing).

3) Applied 4 thin coats (so as to avoid dripping and running) of the metalic silver paint. Used a heat gun between each coat to dry faster.

4) Put everything back together. The final product looks at least as good as the titanium inserts that sell for $80.00 plus shipping on Bimmerwerks (maybe better, because there's no extra plastic in there.)

Total time: 1 1/2 hours.

Total cost: $5.40.

You tell me what you think......(just can't wait for the clear corners that I just ordered!)
