Here's a question from a newbie. I have a set of 17x8 alloy wheels with offset of +40 for my 1999 323i e46.Will I have any issues with putting a 225 45/17 tire on these? Right now the car has 195 65 r15 on steel wheels. Thanks.
Assuming that the offset is the same on both sets of wheels, the new wheels and tires should be ok according to this website, but check your clearance before you go out and buy anything Wheel-Tire size comparer - RIMSnTIRES.com
