Hey - my current and recommended tires are 205/55R16, but I saw some nice tires Michelin 205/60R16 for a good price, and wanted to get your opinion on if that woudl be OK. thanks!
Hogo. The 205/60R 16 tires will be about 7/8 " bigger
in diameter. It will be close to rubbing. Also, what kind
of Michelins were they? Check the wear rating on the
tires. If they have a low number ie. 150/200, then they
will wear out in no time. This happened to a friend of mine
on his car.

Nexen 3000 tires are cheap check them out . I just dont know if they are grippy enough.
