Tires for 325i - BMW Forum

I was about to buy new tires (205/55/16) for my 2001 BMW 325i. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

are you looking for winter tires or all season tires?

if you're buying all season, i like the michilen pilot sport tires. pirelli p zero are good tires too. i have no knowledge of winter tires, but i'm sure there are members here that can help you there.

I was looking for all weather tires. I had seen the Pilot series and thought they looked good, but seemed a little pricey. Do you think they are worth the extra money? Also, would you go with the Pilot or the Pilot A/S?

i think the michelin's are worth the money. the Pilot A/S is a little bit more. i don't think you need them, but it depends on where you live.

there are other tires that are good. go to http://www.tirerack.com to view other tires and you can read about them or do a comparison between the tires.

i find the tirerack.com is very useful when deciding on what tires to get.
