Temperature on OBC

I have an 02 325i, how can i see the outside temperature instead of tha time on my OBC, also how can I change from F to Celcius on the AC, thanks

Use the button in the turn signal lever.By pressing the button briefly in the direction of steering column, you can call up a new function for display(time , outside temp.,etc..)To change temp. from C* TO F* and vice versa , press the right-hand reset button in the instrument cluster when the temperature display is active.

I don't have a button in the turn signal lever used:

If there is no button , it means you do not have OBC on your car , it is an option not a standard equippment on 3 series E46.
