Just got back from the Inspection II for my 2001 325i.....I been noticing a sound from the back right of the car, and I was told that it was the rear right shock......
The dealership recommended that I change the right and the left rear shocks..... do you think I need to change both? The said the shock was leaking......in this case, is it necessary to change the MOUNTS as well (also called the guide support....
Finally, the shock work seems simple.....is there a place other than the dealership that you would recommend (my car is currently CPO, but this isn't covered by warrnty)....Also, if I am taking my car outside, what website would ya'll recommend to buy the parts....
