I can't possibly fathom how this would actually work. The link states that it can increase gas mileage as well. I'm no expert, but when you add more power it usually results in less gas mileage.

What it should do is to make the constant airpressur higher which would give a better mix between the air and the fuel...what it doesnt have is the power to compress enough air to make any difference...
if you think of a turbo or a supercharger which charges a preassure of at least 0.3bar at the veryleast(while some ppl charge 3bars/30psi) the turbonator is to weak to produce even 0.01bars which wont do you any difference in horse power...
this is why turbos and suoers use the enginepower which has aenough power to compress the air to a higher constant pressure...
