I have a 2000 323I and my sunroof will not budge on the left side I opened it up and there was nothing in on or around the tracks but when the sunroof stopped working a cable sttarted poking out from my headliner can anyone help me fix this problem I called around and they want 600 bucks to fix the problem and they wouldn't even tell me whats wrong with it they said if I knew what it was then I would go fix it myself I am a poor college student that bust his ass to pay for a great car just for someone to rip me off.

keep it closed untill you can save up some money. the sunroof is one fix that can get real messy, just solving how to get it on track right is a hard thing.

Thanks for the advice My freind works at a volvo dealership and he said they could fix it for sixty bucks something about the cable wasn't hooked up.
