Suggestions for mods on an E46 323i Auto

So after a couple of days of looking around at different types of products and reading through numerous threads I have come up with this list of mods that I want to do to my 99 323i w/sport pkg. If anyone has different suggestions or opinions based on your experience, I sure would appreciate it.
Dinan: Stage II engine software, automatic trans. software, and CAI.
Turner: Bilstein sport shocks and struts matched with H&R springs.
Turner: Sway bar kit.
Racing Dynamics: Front strut tower brace.
Brakes and exhaust I plan on keeping stock at this time
Wheels either Stock, replacing some damage ones, or go with the Bayrn mesh style.
Of course Clear corners, tails and side markers.
BMW M-Tech body kit
The pricing that I want to keep it under is 4k currently priced for above items minus wheels and Lights is $3600+/- for everything.

Skip the body kit and upgrade the exhaust and brakes. You'll see a bigger benefit.
