I will be away for 3 weeks and I'm not too sure what I should do to prep the car for 3 weeks of inactivity? Can someone provide some suggestions?

Find somebody that you trust with your life and have them turn on the car at least twice a week for around 5 minutes. (Also a trip around the block would be good)

i'll take care of it for you!!

you would be okay with it for 3 weeks. but like mikefliggity has mentioned, have someone you trust to just start it up if you prefer.

it can sit there and wait for you for 3 weeks, too short to bother anyone... i would not even touch the battery, either...

if three months or so, i d do what the guys suggested, however you want at least 30 mins drive so that all the acidic condensation will be blown out of the exhaust system. remember that water is one of the products of combustion...

regardless, upon returning, add gas additive (techron seems to get best reviews) to clean out gunk from fuel lines. this used to be a much bigger problem in carb years when the fuel system was not pressurized. volatile compounds would evaporate first, leaving behing a dense , brown smeary goo in the throttle body.
