I had the same question in mind, parth11. I am glad you asked. I purchased a 1999 328i over the weekend with 56K miles on it. I am thinking of taking it to the BMW dealer to have a once-over done on it. There is a "squeal" coming from it (assuming a loose belt) and am sure I am around the time to have that fixed. But I also want to know what are some expert guides to keeping it performing in tip-top shape.
