Steering Wheel Twists While Braking

I've searched for this topic before and had no luck. Occassionally, I'll come to a stop and the steering wheel will twist to one side or the other while braking (has happened at speeds ranging from 25mph - 60mph). Any ideas on what might be causing this? Caliper guide pins and bushings? Worn suspension components? Alignment?

Checklist please, and I'll run through the possibilities.

this can be normal, and related to road being uneven...

i do not think this is caliper related, when this get stuck they drag and release. what you are describing is just that it feels darty when you are brakeing.

alignment can be a cause of this. i'd look there first.
