I have the exact same problem in the exact same spot. I also suspect it cold be a bad bushing. Someone please elaborate or verify.

why not give the rubber bushes a squirt with some rubber conditioner??

also it may be the hand brake shoes mine squeaks when i get out of the car with the handbrake on,,if i leave it in gear with the handbrake of,,,,no squeak

I have been suffering a squeak, and this weekend the dealership told me it was a loose rear shock. Common problem apparently... Might be worth checking yours..
