Springs for my e46 325ci (and SMG info)

I'm looking for a good set of lowered springs for my 2004 325ci SMG. I'm from Australia and we don't have a whole heap of options locally. So far the best i've been able to find and source locally are the Eiback Sportline.

Does anybody have any other suggestions at a good lowered spring (with a good reduction in ride hight - and progressive rates) that won't completely break the bank.

Also, does anybody have any info on the SMG gearbox offered in the sport packaged E46's (not M3). I can find heaps on the M3 SMG, but mine is a cutdown version and doesn't have the 7 different programs etc. Any way to launch these off the line etc.

Thanks heaps
