Sirius Sat. radio upgrade '05 330Ci

I have a "new to me" '05 330Ci Convertible with the HK Sound and Navigation. I would like to add a Sirius Module. From what I have read the process is basically straight forward "plug and play". The question is this: My Mother-in-law liked my Wife's X5 so much she went out and bought an '09 X5 that has the Sirius installed that she does not want. Will the Module from her X5 work in my 330Ci?
