Hello everyone,
I have a 2003 325i I have the SES light on got the code read at autozone it read p0014 The PCM has determined that the voltage signal from camshaft B position sensor in bank 1 indicates inadequate performance or a timing over advanced condition (Bank 1 identifies location of cylinder #1 while bank 2 indentifies the cylinder on the opposite bank) does anyone know what this means and what is the solution to this problem. When I start the car and the engine is cold the car shakes while idling for about 45 seconds while the car revs to ~1200 rpms and goes up and down. I have an appointment at the BMW dealer tommorow does anyone know what I could be in for?
