Running Rough

I have a 2000 323i Sport Wagon with 107 K and it begins to mis fire at idle. If I start up and just go it is fine but as soon as I stop at a light it starts missing on 1 or more cylinders. It did this before I a DRVANOS rebuild which fixed the noise and all the seals and gaskets DRVANOS supplied were all bad. But since I put it back together it seems to do it a bit more I think. I changed plugs recently also.
