I don't know if this is normal but:
When I stop the car and press the clutch, the RPMs drop down to just above the 500 RPM line for about a second and the car vibrates a little. Should I be worried?

the vibration is from the low RPMs. Get your idle circuit looked at. Does it always do that or only when cold/warm? The problem is that your car isn't transitioning into idle very smoothly.

i had the same problem ago a while ago minus the vibration. they changed the o2 sensor. now everythings fine, but im not sure thats what your problem is
