I've a '99 323i sport pack 5-speed with 98k miles on it. After having a rear-differential mount bushing replaced, I'm noticing more movement in the drivetrain while accelerating (a "thunk"). I took it to the dealership and the shop foreman and I inspected the underside...it appears that there is quite a bit of excessive movement at the right side transmission mount....Rick, the foreman, attributed that to age-weakened factory tranny mounts-- now that the diff is stiffened up, the motion occurs at the weakest point. We could see no other problems.
Sooo...I'm putting good aftermarket tranny-mount bushings in. What are the advantage / disadvantes of the Rogue Engineering neoprene mounts and the UUC urethane mount / enforcers?
I'm working with Jon at Mperformance.com. I'm getting a free set of UUC tranny mounts and Enforcers with the purchase of an Evo3 SSK. I was thinking about that mod anyway so that clinched the deal.

Great...that's good to hear.
Just checked your site, see it's under construction. What other lines do you carry? The next mod I have in mind is a Eurosport CAI and JC Shark software upgrade (or equivalent)...
{edit} Looked again and saw how to get in, thanks... :P
