I own a 99 E46 323i 4dr and I want to retro-fit angel eye after market headlights. Can anyone give advise on the installation? do they work if my year make and model does not have day time running lights? do they just work with the parking lights only? any information would be appriciated. also if anyone knows the best deal that would be great too
