When you pull the right hand lever foreward to clean your windshild....it automatically washes your headlights too....you too can try it out...it works on all the bimmer.

What my salesperson told me was that it only works after you use the windshield washer several time, i.e., one headlight wash for every 3 windshield washes.

I think it has something to do with the rain sensor. I was able to activate the rain sensor but not the washer.
I haven’t been able to get my headlight washers to work and I suspect that I don’t have any. I bought my ’02 325xiT last month and I’ve tried all of the above. Multiple windshield washes with the headlights on. Nothing.
