residual value for BMW 330i

Hi,

am looking to lease a 04 330i with the premium package and xenon headlights, steel gray exterior/black leather interior (SWEET!)

price quoted on carsdirect.com is 37, 500. price quoted by local dealer is 37, 800.

I was deciding between leasing and financing - and was wondering if anyone here knows whats a reasonable residual value for this car ?

bmw gives 52% at 3 years. way to low i think, better off buing.

52%? I just leased my '04 330Ci at 54%.... should be the same everywhere.
