Replacing Stock Cassette Deck W/ Cd Deck

hi,

I'd like to replace my stock BMW Business cassette deck with the stock Business CD unit.

I've already found the instructions on your excellent forums here. However I'm wondering if there are any security / key / alarm type considerations.

For example I'm buying the Business CD likely from eBay, will I need some sort of security code to get the new CD player to work?

why not just add the cd changer to the trunk/boot.
they can be found on ebay very easily for abou £100 and are MUCH easier to fit.then u can get tapes and cd's to play..and excellent when its time to sell the car.

the wire are already there in the boot/trunk. pre wired....cool
