Replacement Hood Cost For 2000 323??

Hello all,

I am new to this forum... why? because I tagged the back of a suburban with my 323 yesterday. Hood needs replacement. I was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark of what a replacement hood costs and where I should begin looking/and or how much do body shops charge for this kind of thing on a bmw. Thanks

There are alot of sites on the net that will sell you a hood for less tahn $200 less the grill and hardware. Then you would have to worry about painting (about $150-175) and then fitting if your not putting it on yourself. Not sure what local Euro shops charge.
