Rear Window Replacement

I recently had the rear window in my 2006 330xi repaired due to a leak, and fortunately the glass company remembered to disconnect the fittings for the defroster. Unfortunately, they forgot about the antenna, and shredded the connection.

I have the part on order and want to replace the ribbon myself, but can anyone tell me how to adhere the 6 connections to the glass properly? Heat? Adhesive?
