Rear Door Rattle

The rear passenger door on my 323i has started to rattle inside every time I drive over a bump.

Any information greatly received on how to remove the interior panel.

Are you sure its not the seat belt metal rattling on the plastic stopper that prevents it from sliding down to the floor (when no one is wearing it)? That is what I figured was going on with my 2004 330xi
