rattle in 2004 330 cic

what is causing the rattle in the back of the 2004 330cic? is it coming from the top? or is it in the back seat or side panel? How can it be fixed?

Take your pick.......

It's probably the rear bow seal squeeking, or any of the other seals.
They all eventually do it. You can try cleaning the seals, or having them replaced all the time.
The price of a convertible......

if this is coming from rubber seals around the windows and such:

GUMMIPFLEGE ! BMW part # 82 14 9 407 015.

comes in a tube for $7.50, apply to seals with bare hands, wipe excess off. re-apply every quarter or so (roundel jan 04). cured the damn squeak from my drvier's side window.

Be careful putting the goop on the seals. It can smear if you use too much. I don't think I'd use it on felt seals anyway.
