Thumbs up

Hello,
Has any one managed to install Hella Raintronic rainsensor (5WB 007
977-811) in E46 (year 2003). Their list will end up to 12/1999 for
E46 (www.hella.com) . They will not update that list anymore.
Has electric system changed so much since E46 production started?

I have not ever fitted the module that you reference above. From the model list that Hella provides on their website I gather that it cannot be fitted to an e36 or e46 BMW. May have something to do with glass type. To answer your other question yes there have been some slight changes to the wireing harness over the years to acomodate changes in options and equipment. to the forum.
