my friend is talkin smack. he thinks his tuned a4 1.8t can take my 330xi. could it? he estimates about 215-230 hp. he has an auto tranny tho. could i still take him?

I have a very modified A4 w bigger turbo etc... the 330ix will smoke the Auto trans A4. The fact that he has an Auto trans means he can't drive...

oh def will smoke the A4, like those things are nice cars, but god there transmissions suck, and their acceleration just doesnt have the grunt

I don't know but alot of people are fooled by the smooth acceleration of the in line six. Smooth does not mean it won't go, however we are talking about somewhere around a five hundred pound weight difference in the XI and the A4. Remember they didnt make the Xi for the track for sure, thats why the Xi is in the Jeep race track commercial (before it goes off road).
