I'm looking at buying the new Escort Passport 8500 X50 Blue and was wondering if anyone has one and can tell the difference between the new one and the old one.
Another important question....how loud is the warning? If I am driving 80 w/ the windows down and the music loud, how easy is the warning to hear? Thanks in advance for any help.
car and driver tested them both. on their 100 point scale, V1 beat the 8500 with a score of like 98 while 8500 had a score of 92, but both of these far surpassed the others which the third place had a score of 78. Both are good.
