A question about the board computer

Ok thanks.. another question.. Yesterday i noticed that the oil light was on and then went off.. but it keep coming on and off.. like flashing.. what that does mean?? oil already changed and i checked and its still full.

It could be an issue with the oil pressure sensor.

Ohh.. And how can i fix it? Thanks again.. I have another question.. Supercharger is better than turbo for the 330i ?

If it's the pressure sensor, I'd get replaced. As to whether super charging is better than a turbo, that really comes down to the actual individual systems IMO.

WHat color is the oil light? If yellow/orange instead of red, then you may be just at the thrshold of being one quart low. CHeck the oil level. Otherwise, it is probably what witeshark suggested -- problem with the sensor.

On the same note: can the average MPG readout be zeroed at the beginning of a trip?

Can be reset at any time. Press and hold for a few seconds until the display resets.
